PLANS & PRICING

What does Boon cost?

Boon offers two plans. Individual (one practitioner): $30/month, or $288/year with 20% off annual billing. Team (two or more practitioners): $30 per practitioner / month, minimum 2 practitioners ($60/month total). 20% off annual billing. For larger clinics or multi-location groups, contact sales@boonmovement.com for custom pricing.

What counts as a practitioner seat?

One seat equals one practicing clinician who creates or publishes exercise prescriptions. Admin and reception staff do not need their own seats.

Can I add or remove practitioners mid-month?

Yes. Seat additions are prorated to the end of your current billing period. Seat removals take effect at the start of the next billing period.

TRIAL & CANCELLATION

How does the free trial work?

You get 30 days of full access to Boon at no charge. A valid credit card is required at signup, but you won't be charged during the trial. If you cancel before day 30, you won't be charged anything.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel anytime directly from your account settings — no phone call required. If you cancel during the trial, you're not charged. If you cancel after the trial, you keep access through the end of your current billing period.

Do I get a refund if I cancel?

Monthly billing: No refund for the current month; you keep access through the end of the period. Annual billing: No refund on prepaid annual plans; you keep access through the end of your year. We'll give you 30 days notice before any auto-renewal so you can decide.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your clinic and patient data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate. You can export your exercise programs and patient records at any time in standard formats. After the 30-day window, data is permanently deleted from active systems.

BILLING & PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). ACH and wire transfer are available for annual plans above a certain size — contact sales@boonmovement.com if you'd like to set that up.

Do you charge tax?

Yes. We collect GST and PST based on your province of business. Taxes appear as a separate line item on your invoice.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes, you can switch at your next renewal. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your prepaid year — we don't prorate mid-year downgrades.

Where do I get an invoice for reimbursement?

Every payment generates an invoice automatically in your account portal. You can also download prior invoices for expense or accounting purposes.

What if my payment fails?

We'll retry your payment several times over 14 days and send you email notifications. If payment still hasn't succeeded after 14 days, your subscription is suspended. You can restore access by updating your payment method. Extended suspension (over 60 days) ends your subscription.

Privacy & your account

How do i delete my account?

Open the Boon app, go to Settings -> Delete Account, and confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and you'll be signed out. Full deletion of your account and associated data happens within 7 days.

If you've already lost access and can't sign in, email privacy@boonmovement.com and we'll process the deletion for you after verifying your identity.

What gets deleted when I delete my account?

  • Your Boon account and login
  • Your assigned exercise programs and completion history (if you're a client)
  • Your exercise library and client assignments (if you're a practitioner)
  • All cached data on your device, immediately
